Welcome to ChartConnect, a premium service providing custom-built software scripts and automation tools. By accessing our website (www.chartconnect.in), placing an order, or using any code delivered by us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Scope
ChartConnect develops custom-coded software scripts tailored to your personal or business requirements. Each project is built from scratch based on client specifications and delivered as a one-time, full-ownership solution.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:
- At least 18 years old, or
- Have explicit permission from a parent or guardian if underage
3. Project Workflow & Delivery
When you place an order with us:
- Your software will be developed from scratch based on your input
- You’ll be given time (usually 3–4 days) to share feature requests and specifications
- Delivery will be completed within 3–5 working days
- Once you approve the final code, no further changes or updates will be made
- Future edits or modifications will require a new project request
4. Ownership & Usage Rights
After final delivery:
- You receive full editable software code
- You are granted personal or internal business-use rights only
- You may not resell, share, distribute, or publish the code without permission
- All intellectual property remains the original work of ChartConnect unless explicitly transferred in writing
5. Pricing & Payments
- All project pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins
- Payment must be made in full before development starts
- No refunds will be issued once work begins or code is delivered
6. Liability Disclaimer
ChartConnect provides custom-built software solutions tailored to user specifications. We will not be held liable for:
- Any financial outcomes, losses, or business decisions made using our delivered code or tools
- Any limitations, policy changes, or disruptions of third-party platforms where the code may be used
- Unauthorized modification, misuse, or redistribution of the delivered software
7. Privacy & Data Handling
We collect only the necessary information (e.g. name, email, requirements) to deliver your order. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more.
8. Revisions & Updates
- All requests must be made before final approval
- Once delivered and approved, no free revisions will be accepted
- Any future feature requests or changes will require a new paid request
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke service if:
- You violate these Terms
- Attempt to resell or distribute our code without permission
- Engage in unethical behavior during or after the project
10. Changes to Terms
ChartConnect reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
